Return Policies
CORETECH accepts returns of purchases made in-store or online under the following conditions:
- Returns must be completed within seven calendar days.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Returned products must include all original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and all accessories that were included.
- Returned items must be in a resalable condition.
- All open box returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- For purchases made online, it is the customer's responsibility to ship their return to CORETECH. Upon receipt of the return CORETECH will issue the necessary refund to the customer. To initiate a return for a qualifying purchase made online please contact us at coretech@wsu.edu.
Defective Items
- Defective products may be exchanged for a replacement within seven business days of the original purchase.
- After seven business days, claims for defective products must be handled directly through their respective manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
- Discontinued products
- Clearance products
- Custom-configured machines
- Open-box in-ear style headphones and earbuds
- Open-box media (including, but not limited to, software, memory cards, flash memory, RAM, and external hard drives).
Payroll Deduct Payment Method
- No returns or exchanges on products purchased via payroll deduct.
- Defective products purchased via payroll deduction can be exchanged for a replacement within seven business days.
