Institutional Orders for Apple Devices

CORETECH is your campus provider of Apple products for institutional use. We make sure that your Apple devices are enrolled in Apple School Manager (ASM) and ready to be managed by your department or academic unit. To purchase Apple devices from CORETECH, please configure a quote online by following the instruction below or visit us in-store to place your order.

  • Head over to the Apple Store for Education Webpage.
  • Shop, configure items, and add them to your cart.
  • When finished, select the cart button in the upper right corner.
  • Select an Apple Care plan to include with any desired products. Click update to save changes.
  • Click "Send Cart" and enter your information. To submit your cart to CORETECH, add in the “Send Copy To” field.  Then click "Submit" in the upper right corner to send your cart to CORETECH.
  • Sending a copy of your cart to will not result in the cart being ordered. We will contact you with a quote and confirm any additional details before placing the order.
  • CORETECH will not place orders until payment has been received. We accept P-Cards and IRI/ISD as forms of payment. Please include your cart number on your Service Billing Form.
